The Timberland Community is a free US loyalty program that rewards you for being a part of our Timberland Community. We have added new benefits to our program so members earn 1 point for every $1 spent, effective October 26, 2023. Our members also receive exclusive access to our sales and product drops and get 10% off when they sign up.. Exclusions apply. We will also send a 20% off birthday gift each year to members who provide their date of birthday. Members will receive their birthday gift via email on the first day of the month of their birthday. You must have your birthday filled out in your account prior to the month’s start to receive this special gift. Please note you must opt-in to marketing communications to receive this benefit.

There is no cost to join our loyalty program, Timberland Community. It is free to join and open for residents of the US.
Timberland Community members earn 1 point for every $1 spent online at timberland.com and Timberland-owned stores and outlets in the U.S. Every 250 points earned gets you a $25 reward.
You can easily find your Community member point balance anytime at timberland.com. When you visit our site, log into your account, select the "Member Rewards" tab within My Account. Here your points balance and activity will be visible.
Points will be redeemable for rewards starting April 30, 2024. Rewards can be combined with any other offer, discount, coupon or promotion online or in store. Remaining rewards will be available until their expiration date. Points expire within one (1) year of date of shipment (which one year period shall begin no earlier than the start of the points redemption period).
How can I redeem my points?
Each two hundred fifty (250) Points earned will result in a Reward (as defined below) with a value of twenty-five dollars ($25). Online in checkout, under payment, if you have points accrued your balance will display. Should you have items in your cart in excess of $25, you will be able to select your desired reward amount from the drop down and proceed with additional payment methods if necessary. In store, if you are enrolled, the cashier can look up your account using the email address or phone number associated and apply any available rewards amount to your purchase, consistent with the terms and conditions of the program.
A Reward is a value toward the purchase price of merchandise from Timberland, which can be redeemed at Timberland Stores in the United States or the Website.
In all cases, a maximum of $300 in Reward value may be redeemed per transaction. The entire value of a Reward must be used in a given transaction. Rewards may be combined (or “stacked”) with Timberland promo codes, discounts, coupons or promotions except where otherwise expressly indicated by Timberland, and Timberland reserves the right to prohibit combining or stacking of Rewards at any time in its sole discretion. There is a limit of ten (10) transactions in any thirty (30) day period where Rewards may be redeemed.
Your 10% off is a one-time use code valid on Timberland.com redeemable at checkout. Your code will be sent via email upon Community account creation online. Offer cannot be combined with other offers. Exclusions apply.
Yes! In order to unlock all the benefits we offer you will need to complete your account on timberland.com. If you signed up in store, you would have received an email to complete your account. Simply follow the directions from there and you will be all set! You will not be able to accrue or redeem points on timberland.com until you complete your account online.
For online returns, points used will be refunded back to your account. Please allow 1-10 days for this adjustment to be reflected in your online Program account once we’ve received your returned item(s) at our facility).
If merchandise is later returned for a refund (full or partial), any Points previously earned will be forfeited and the Member’s online Program account adjusted accordingly. Please allow 1-10 days for this adjustment to be reflected in your online Program account once we’ve received your returned item(s) at our facility).
The same is true for returns made in store, but in order for points to be refunded a valid email address associated with the enrolled member must be provided to the cashier before processing the return.
For in-store qualifying purchases, the Points will be added to your Timberland Community Account at time of purchase, as long as you provide the store associate with the e-mail address associated with your account. For qualifying purchases made at www.timberland.com, the Points will be added to one’s Account within 72 hours of shipping the purchased item(s) as long as you are logged into your Timberland Community Account at the time of qualifying purchase.

Cancellation of Membership will result in forfeiture of unused and/or unissued Benefits without liability of any kind to Timberland under any legal theory.
